At TWISI, we operate on a made-to-order model, which allows us to keep our products unique and sustainable. As such, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns, or exchanges. However, if there is an error on our part, such as a printing mistake or damaged item, we will gladly replace the product at no extra charge. Please reach out to our customer support with your order details, and we'll resolve the issue promptly. Thank you for your understanding

All of our products are made to order, and production typically takes 2–5 business days. While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please note that 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than 50% are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
